PayAlem is a control system for outgoing company payments. You remain responsible for money you send outside PayAlem.

The Product

V1 records requests, approvals, external ETB payments, and evidence. It does not move funds. Budgets do not grant spending authority.

Your Company

The Owner controls who can request, approve, and record payment. You must only invite people who are allowed to see that company’s payables.

Pilot

Access may be limited while PayAlem is in closed pilot. These terms will be replaced by counsel-reviewed language before a public commercial launch.
